RESERVATION POLICIES:
The reservation is confirmed once we have charged the full cost of treatment.
The charge will be made in Mexican Pesos and will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the day on which the charge is made.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to receive a full refund, please communicate any cancellation to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the treatment. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, we will be unable to offer a refund.

CHECK-IN:
Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment for check-in procedures. For late arrivals, we may be forced to reduce the time of your treatment to honor the schedule of following guests.
We recommend you come 1 hour prior to your treatment to enjoy our Healing Water Circuit (sauna, steam and pools). Please bring suitable swimwear.
FACILITIES:
Yäan Wellness’ facilities include a tree-top yoga shala, temazcal, sauna, steam room, and hot/cold massage pools.
1 hour of Yäan’s Healing Waters Circuit (sauna, steam, hot/cold massage pools) is included in your service.
Bathrobes, towels, slippers and lockers are provided.
SUBSTANCE CONTROL:
Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on Yäan’s premises.
To honor your health and safety (and the healing experience of other guests) Yäan reserves the right to restrict entrance to any individual who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Therefore, please refrain from consumption at least 6 hours before entering the Spa facilities.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Certain medical conditions such as: pregnancy, recent surgery, cancer, high or low blood pressure, heart disease, chronic allergies, certain skin diseases or sensitivities, and chronic asthma may not be compatible with certain spa treatments. It is your responsibility to discuss any concerns you may have with your medical doctor and to notify Yäan in detail at the time of booking.
